Please request technical assistance using our trouble ticket area on this web site for the fastest results. Our Technical Phone Support Service line is open during normal business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm EST.
In order to respect our staff's time with their families while also being able to provide weekend and holiday Tech Support we also offer support on weekends and holidays at the following rates. This tech support is not part of our normal business hour support and does not pertain to the regular unlimited free tech support plan. Weekends and Holidays are billed on a pre-pay basis. Tech Support is billed for phone support for a four hour session and a pre-paid minimum at $158.00 pre hour. Holidays are billed at a four hour minimum and pre-paid at $225.00 per hour. When the first four hour session expires each hour is billed separately as a pre-paid hour prior to the support continuing or you can purchase a group of hours if needed at the above rates. There are no refunds for un-used hours or minutes if the session ends prior to the four hour sessions. Our free unlimited tech support is always free during normal business hours.
You may at anytime file a trouble ticket at the below link 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If a trouble ticket is filed within normal business hours your problem will be addresses in the order it was received. If you file a trouble ticket on a weekend or holiday your request for assistance will be answered on the next normal business day in the order it was received. If filing on a weekend or holiday please specify you are ready to pre-pay for the weekend or holiday service in your trouble ticket if you desire to have this pre-paid service or your request will be processed on the next business day after the weekend or holiday.
