It is this desire that lends itself to our commitment to offer a full line of services to support our customers before and after the sale. The DynaCNC support trouble ticket area is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week via our on-line trouble ticket area. The web trouble tickets are answered on normal business days Monday - Friday during normal business hours..
	Technical Training Dyna Automation, LLC. offers a Maintenance Training Course, DynaCNC covers all of the information, from preventative maintenance to electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to cnc router or cnc plasma machine alignments. This course will assist you in better understanding the cnc mechanics of the equipment, which will ultimately reduce any unscheduled maintenance events and greatly facilitate in a diagnosis when a need arises. This is a one day course at the DynaCNC factory. $400.00
	On-Site Training / Setup / Assembly At Dyna Automation, LLC. we fully assemble and test all of our cnc router or cnc plasma machines prior to their being quality controlled checked, signed off, and shipped. Rest assured that your DynaCNC cnc router or cnc plasma machine has passed a rigorous test environment prior to it being signed off. We ship all of our equipment fully assembled to relieve the burden of the customer having to assemble, align, and test their equipment. Where this will ad a small amount to the cost of freight it will save our customers several hours of frustration and effort. More than likely our customers will not need an on-site setup, installation, or assembly service, however there may be a need for this service as well as training. We offer our on-site installation and training for a nominal fee for all of our cnc plasma or cnc router equipment. If any other services or modifications to the cnc machine need to be accommodated we can provide assistance at this time to make sure your cnc router or cnc plasma machine performs perfectly. It is our desire that you feel very comfortable with your new DynaCNC machine. $2400.00 in the lower 48 U.S. Two days or 16 hours of setup, instalation, leveling, adjustments, and basic machine operational training. This includes all travel expenses for two days.
	Programming Services Sometimes it is necessary to contract the help of a professional to assist you with the task of programming your cnc router or cnc plasma machine to cut parts. Dyna Automation, LLC. can assist you in the task of designing your G-Code files to accommodate most any design you have in mind. From complex 3D designs to simple 2D designs we can help you get the most of your time by programming the cut paths for you. We also offer Cad / CAM programming for our customers. Just present us with your idea or hand drawing and let us do the rest. DynaCNC can help you from concept to part on your DynaCNC machine. This service is $165.00 per hour.
	On-site Technical Assistance We also provide on-site technical assistance for your DynaCNC cnc router or cnc plasma machine if you require an on-site technical solution. (Travel expenses, hotel, mileage, per diem, etc. are all charged to the client in addition to the stated daily fee) $600.00 per day
